Vocational day today for me and Vasilis. He went with a colleague of his and actually participated in a surgical operation! I went to two different areas. First I visited the East Cheshire Hospice and Day Care, thanks to Judy Bishop's connections! Extremely well organised and orientated to cater for terminal illness patients' needs. I had some interesting talk with the personnel (art therapist, clerks, nurses, GP). Then me, Zacharias and Alan went to the NSPCC Young People's Centre, a Warrington youth centre. The staff was very happy to show to us how things work and explained lots of details on the procedures they follow. It was all fascinating. In the afternoon had a tour in Congleton with James, and Vasilis, James and I ate some traditional fish'n'chips meals in one of the best restaurants in the area. After that we visited a pub for some good, tasty, local beer. A long long day it was today, but we enjoyed every minute of it.
